Hourly Consultation
Designed for the couple who needs guidance in planning a wedding,
but wants to do most of the preparation on their own. Etiquette,
Budgeting, Family Responsibilities, and Event Timing will be addressed.
Ceremony
Only
Designed for the couple who needs assistance with the ceremony
only. The Bridal Consultant will
meet with the couple twice before the wedding weekend, and will
review and confirm all of the ceremony vendor contracts that have
been previously established by the couple.
In addition, the Bridal Consultant will
contact these vendors to ensure that the couple's wishes are
understood, and to verify arrival times and contracted
assignments.
The Bridal Consultant will assist in
the development of a ceremony timeline for all members of
the wedding party to ensure that each person involved is aware of
his/her responsibilities for the ceremony.
A few weeks before the wedding weekend,
the Bridal Consultant will visit the ceremony site in order to
meet with the directors there and discuss wedding plans and event
timing. The Consultant will direct the rehearsal and ceremony, and
will assist in light decoration if time permits. She will be on
hand to greet the ceremony vendors as they arrive, and will
oversee these vendors during the ceremony. In addition, the Bridal
Consultant will act as personal hostess to the couple and their
immediate families during the ceremony event to ensure that
nothing is overlooked and will assist in light clean-up after the
ceremony has ended.
Reception
Only
Designed for the couple who needs assistance with the reception only. The Bridal Consultant will
meet with the couple twice before the wedding weekend, and will
review and confirm all of the reception vendor contracts that have
been previously established by the couple.
In addition, the Bridal Consultant will
contact these vendors to ensure that the couple's wishes are

The Classic Package is designed for the couple who has
made all of their wedding day plans, and needs someone for the
wedding weekend to tie it all together. The Bridal Consultant will
meet with the couple twice before the wedding weekend, and will
review and confirm all of the vendor contracts that have been
previously established by the couple.
In addition, the Bridal Consultant will
contact these vendors to assure that the couple's wishes are
understood, and to verify arrival times and contracted
assignments.

The Traditional Package is designed for the couple that has
recently become engaged, and has not begun work on the wedding
plans. The Bridal Consultant will assist the couple in developing
a wedding budget, style and theme for the wedding, and will
recommend products and services that will match these ideals. The
Bridal Consultant will begin by assisting the couple in
establishing the ceremony and reception sites, and will visit each
site with them to act as their assistant if time permits.
Once the ceremony and reception sites
have been booked, the Bridal Consultant will provide a list of
qualified vendors in each category that the couple wants
represented at their wedding. The Bridal Consultant will attend up
to six vendor meetings with the couple as their assistant, and
will review each vendor's contract before it is signed by the
couple.
The Bridal Consultant will work with
the couple to develop a wedding weekend timeline, and will visit
the ceremony and reception sites in advance of the wedding weekend
in order to meet with the site directors and discuss the wedding
plans and event timing. The Bridal Consultant will direct the
rehearsal, ceremony and reception, and will assist in providing
light decoration if time permits.
The Consultant will be on hand to
meet with the ceremony vendors as they arrive, and will oversee
these and the reception vendors during the entire event. She will
assist in light clean-up after the reception has ended and will
assist the couple's family in returning the groom's tuxedo, taking
the bride's dress to the preservation cleaner, returning borrowed
items to the caterer and baker, and delivering the floral bouquet
to the preservation vendor.
This Bridal Package also includes
assistance with arranging the rehearsal dinner, and includes a
personalized wedding planning binder for the couple.
